GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE & ENGAGEMENT
Effective as of November 27, 2025
Between: Félix Khau (Maison KHAU), Sole Proprietor, whose registered office is located at 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001, Paris, France, registered under SIRET number 924 067 176 00017. Hereinafter referred to as “The Maison”.
And: The beneficiary of the coaching. Hereinafter referred to as “The Client”.
1. PURPOSE OF THE ENGAGEMENT
These terms and conditions govern the coaching services in body architecture (architecture corporelle), physical preparation, and mental preparation provided by Maison KHAU. The objective of this support is to provide structure, rhythm, and consistency to the Client.
2. ORGANIZATION AND PUNCTUALITY
Each session is a confirmed appointment. The House commits to full availability during reserved time slots. In return, respect for time is a fundamental value of our collaboration.
Cancellation policy: Any session not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance is due in full. This rule applies without exception to ensure the fluidity and quality of support for all House members.
Late arrivals: Any Client delay exceeding 15 minutes without prior notice may result in session cancellation, which will be considered as due.
3. FINANCIAL TERMS
The services of Maison KHAU operate according to a Private Provision Account system.
A. PRICING AND DEBIT
Fees are billed based on the rate in effect on the day of subscription, as indicated on the Quote accepted by the Client.
- Principle: Each completed session is debited from the Client's credit balance. An account statement is sent at the end of each month for information purposes.
B. THE FOUNDATION (ACCOUNT OPENING)
The Maison prioritizes consistency to ensure lasting physiological results.
- Integration Cycle: Access to the coaching begins mandatorily with an integration cycle (The Foundation / Le Socle), the lump sum amount of which is defined in the Quote.
- Payment Facility: Upon request, this provision may be paid in 2 or 3 monthly installments without fees. In this case, the Client commits to honoring the payment schedule regardless of the pace at which sessions are consumed.
C. RELOADING (CONTINUATION OF COACHING)
Once the integration cycle is completed, the Client recharges their account freely to continue the follow-up.
- Reload Threshold: To keep the account active, any reload operation must respect the minimum amount defined by The Maison KHAU.
- Regularization: The account must always show a positive balance before sessions can be scheduled.
4. VALIDITY AND TRANSFERABILITY OF CREDITS
The "Private Account" operation offers total flexibility to the Client. However, for accounting management reasons:
Validity Duration of Credits:
To ensure the regularity of the work, the validity duration of provisions is limited in time:
- Short Provision: Valid for 3 months.
- Long Provision: Extended validity of 6 months.(Precise thresholds and applicable durations are recalled with each order).
Non-Refundable & Transferability: Provisions paid remain acquired by The Maison KHAU and are non-refundable (except in proven cases of force majeure). However, the Client retains the right to transfer their credit balance to a third party of their choice (in the form of a Gift Card or account transfer), upon simple written request.
5. LIABILITY AND HEALTH
Maison KHAU operates within a strengthening and wellness approach, not in a medical context. The Client certifies having had their fitness for physical practice verified by a physician and presenting no contraindications. The Client commits to informing Félix Khau of any medical history, pain, or ongoing treatment before the start of each session. The House declines all liability in case of accident resulting from an undeclared condition or non-compliance with safety instructions.
6. LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION OF MEANS
In performing its services, the Maison (Félix Khau) is bound by an obligation of means and not of result. The Coach undertakes to apply all of his skills and expertise to support the Client in achieving their goals. However, as physical and athletic results inherently depend on personal factors specific to the Client (consistency, nutrition, lifestyle, genetics), the Coach cannot be held liable in the event the objectives set are not achieved.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Maison KHAU guarantees absolute confidentiality regarding the identity of its members, the nature of exchanges, and the content of sessions. No personal or professional information concerning the Client will be disclosed to third parties.
8. MEDIATION & DISPUTES
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning "the consumer dispute mediation process," after contacting us and in the absence of a satisfactory response, you have the option to resort free of charge to a consumer mediation procedure with:
